35mm Film Only
WEDDINGS ON FILM.
the beauty of film.
film captures moments exactly as they are. the light, the colours, the movement. nothing exaggerated, nothing overdone. just how it was.
it’s honest and raw, yet soft and romantic. it slows everything down and reminds us to be present. every frame is one of a kind. no duplicates, no do-overs. and that’s what makes it special.
film is simply beautiful. it’s true, it’s real, and it holds your day exactly as it felt.
FAQs
What makes 35mm film different from digital?
Film captures light and colour in a way that feels organic and imperfect — like a memory. It’s slower and more intentional, with each frame thoughtfully exposed. There’s no burst mode or endless retakes — just honest, beautiful moments as they are.
How many photos will I receive on film?
Each 35mm roll has 36 frames. I usually shoot several rolls throughout the day, depending on your package and how the moments unfold.
Do I still receive digital copies of my film photos?
Yes. Your film rolls are developed and scanned to high-resolution digital files, so you can download and share them easily while still keeping that distinct film look.
Does shooting on film take longer?
Not at all — I work fluidly between cameras, so the rhythm of your day stays natural. Film simply makes me more intentional with each frame.
Can I book film only, or do you also shoot digital?
You can choose from film-only, digital-only, or hybrid (a mix of both). Each option is priced differently depending on what’s included, so it’s best to enquire for the full details and current rates.
Can you help us choose which package suits us best?
Absolutely. Once you enquire, I’ll help you work out which option fits your day best — whether that’s film-only, digital-only, hybrid, or adding videography coverage.
